Điều khoản Dịch vụ cho Dịch vụ Xác thực Sản phẩm Chính hãng AI của Trenbe
Các điều khoản này điều chỉnh quyền, nghĩa vụ và trách nhiệm giữa Trenbe (sau đây được gọi là "Công ty") và người dùng (sau đây được gọi là "Người dùng") liên quan đến việc sử dụng Dịch vụ Xác thực Sản phẩm Chính hãng AI (sau đây được gọi là "Dịch vụ") do Công ty cung cấp.
1. Definitions
- "Service" refers to a digital content-type service in which AI analyzes the authenticity of images and information uploaded by users and provides opinions and points.
- "Credit (Points)" refers to a non-cash digital usage right that can only be used within the Company's service for service use (transfer to third parties and cash exchange are not permitted).
- "Authentication Use (Service Commencement)" refers to the point at which analysis such as model calls is actually performed and result generation begins.
2. Publication and Amendment of Terms
- The Company posts these terms on the service screen.
- In the event of amendments to related laws or changes to the service, the terms may be revised after prior notice. Users have the right to disagree with the revised terms, and if they disagree, the service agreement will be terminated.
3. Service Content and Limitations
- This service provides AI analysis results and is not a legal or financial guarantee or definitive judgment equivalent to an authentication certificate.
- Results may vary depending on input image quality, shooting environment, and changes in brand-specific standards.
- The Company may restrict repeated requests for the same subject, request re-shooting, or suspend analysis if quality is insufficient to prevent abuse.
4. Account and User Obligations
- Users must ensure the accuracy of account, payment information, and uploaded materials, and must not infringe on the rights of others.
- Illegal or improper use (automated mass calls, reverse engineering, falsification of results, etc.) is prohibited.
5. Credits (Points)
- Credits can only be used within the service and cannot be refunded in cash, used for merchant payments, or transferred (except in cases where refund is required by law or refund under Article 11).
- The validity period is announced on the payment page and My Page, and unused credits may expire if not used within the period (promotional/bonus credits may have different validity periods and refund exclusion conditions).
6. Withdrawal of Offer and Refund (Key)
Full Refund Within 7 Days Before First Authentication Use
Users may withdraw their offer within 7 days after payment of paid credits and before the first authentication use (service commencement), and will receive a full refund.
After Authentication Use Commencement
Due to the nature of digital content, withdrawal of offer is restricted. However, if there is an unused balance, a refund will be made after deducting the used portion (Article 7).
Unused Balance Refund
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date of request receipt.
Service Suspension/Termination
If the service is suspended or terminated due to the Company's fault or business circumstances, unused paid credits will be fully refunded (bonus/promotional credits excluded).
Refund Method
Refunds will be made to the original payment method in principle, but if this is not possible, refunds will be made through alternative methods as guided by the Company.
Refund Fee (Actual Cost)
A fee of 5,000 KRW may be deducted as an actual cost (operational labor costs, transfer fees, etc.) when processing refunds. However, refunds due to the Company's fault (system failure, payment error, failure to provide results, etc.) will not be subject to fee deduction.
Deduction Method for Used Portion
Deduction is based on the number of cases/credits already used by the user, the unit price at the time of payment or package unit price, and detailed methods are announced on the payment screen and refund information page.
Bonus/Promotional Credits
Bonus credits provided without monetary consideration are excluded from refund targets.
Notification Requirements
The Company clearly announces the above refund standards, procedures, and processing deadlines on pre-payment, post-payment screens, and My Page.
7. Fees, Taxes, and Charges
- Service fees, package composition, credit unit prices, refund fees, etc. are displayed on the payment page.
- Related taxes such as value-added tax follow the law.
8. Intellectual Property Rights and Data
- Copyright and other rights to the service and results belong to the Company or legitimate rights holders.
- Users can choose the scope of permission for use, processing, and learning (including de-identification/anonymization) of uploaded materials, and the Company does not use them beyond the announced purpose and scope (personal information follows the privacy policy).
9. Personal Information Protection
- The Company protects personal information in accordance with related laws and privacy policy.
- Please be careful not to upload images containing sensitive information if possible.
10. Service Use Restrictions and Suspension
The Company may restrict or suspend use after prior notice in the following cases: violation of laws or terms, reports of rights infringement, system security risks, non-payment of fees, improper use, etc. In case of urgent security or safety reasons, notice may be given after the fact.
11. Limitation of Liability
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI analysis results, and the final judgment and responsibility for using the results lies with the user.
- However, if there is intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company, liability will be taken within the scope permitted by law.
- The Company is not liable for damages caused by force majeure (natural disasters, power/communication failures, third-party service failures, etc.).
12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
- The Company sincerely responds to user inquiries and complaints.
- Disputes are resolved through mutual consultation, but if consultation is difficult, disputes are resolved through arbitration by the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board or exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court (optional).
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
13. Notification Matters
- Key notices for this service are repeatedly displayed on pre-payment/use screens, FAQ, and My Page.
- If there is a conflict between the terms and screen notices, it will be interpreted in favor of the consumer.

The Company takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:- Administrative measures: Establishment and implementation of internal management plans, operation of dedicated organizations
- Technical measures: Management of access rights to personal information processing systems, installation of access control systems
- Physical measures: Access control to computer rooms, data storage rooms, etc.
