CLUBE Authentication Service Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company (CLUBE, hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and users regarding the use of the luxury authentication service (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by the Company, as well as other necessary matters.
Article 2 (Definition of Terms)
- "Service" refers to the online/offline luxury authentication service provided by the Company.
- "User" refers to members and non-members who agree to these terms and use the services provided by the Company.
- "Member" refers to a person who has entered into a service use agreement with the Company and has been assigned a member ID.
- "Non-member" refers to a person who uses the services provided by the Company without registering as a member.
- "AI Authentication" refers to an online authentication service using artificial intelligence technology.
- "Expert Authentication" refers to a service verified directly by professional authenticators.
- "Offline Physical Authentication" refers to a service that collects products directly and conducts detailed visual verification.
Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes of Terms)
- These terms and conditions take effect for all users who wish to use the service.
- These terms and conditions take effect by posting the contents on the service screen or notifying users by other means.
- The Company may change these terms and conditions within the scope not violating relevant laws, and in case of changes, the Company will notify the changes 7 days before the implementation date.
- If a user does not agree to the changed terms, they may discontinue using the service and withdraw.
Article 4 (Provision of Services)
- The Company provides the following services:
- Online AI Authentication: Authentic product analysis by point, summary of judgment basis, online diagnosis results
- Online AI + Expert Authentication: Expert secondary verification, detailed judgment basis, online authentication certificate PDF
- Offline Physical Authentication: Convenient collection service, detailed visual verification and NFC confirmation, authentication certificate
- The Company may set separate usage fees according to the type of service, and users must check and pay the fees before using the service.
- The service is provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle. However, service provision may be temporarily suspended in case of unavoidable reasons such as system inspection or technical problems.
Article 5 (Limitations of AI Authentication Service)
- The AI authentication service is based on an AI engine trained on multiple authentic product inspection data and provides probabilistic analysis results.
- Authentication results may vary depending on shooting conditions, individual differences, and wear, and 100% accuracy is not guaranteed.
- AI authentication results are for reference only and cannot be used as legal certificates.
- For products with significant wear or products with deformed key points, there is a possibility of false positives, so expert authentication or offline physical authentication is recommended.
Article 6 (Offline Physical Authentication Service)
- The offline physical authentication service collects products directly and conducts detailed visual verification and NFC confirmation by experts.
- Collection service is conducted within 2-3 business days, and products are returned within 3-5 business days after authentication is completed.
- Authentication certificates are sent by email after authentication is completed, and can also be sent by mail upon request.
- Loss and damage occurring during product storage are compensated within the scope of insurance subscribed by the Company.
- Users must provide accurate delivery information when requesting authentication, and the Company is not responsible for delivery delays and loss due to incorrect information.
Article 7 (User Obligations)
- Users must not engage in the following acts:
- Registration of false information
- Misappropriation of others' information
- Modification of information posted by the Company
- Transmission or posting of information other than information specified by the Company (such as computer programs)
- Infringement of intellectual property rights such as copyrights of the Company and other third parties
- Acts that damage the reputation of the Company and other third parties or interfere with business
- Users must comply with relevant laws, the provisions of these terms, usage guidelines and notices related to the service, and matters notified by the Company.
Article 8 (Payment and Refund)
- Service usage fees are set for each service type and can be checked when selecting the service.
- Payment is made through payment methods provided by the Company such as credit cards, bank transfers, and simple payments.
- Full refund is possible before authentication proceeds or before product collection.
- Refund is not possible after authentication proceeds or after product collection.
- Full refund is made if the service cannot be provided due to the Company's fault.
Article 9 (Company Obligations)
- The Company shall not engage in acts prohibited by laws and these terms or contrary to public order and morals, and shall do its best to provide services continuously and stably in accordance with these terms.
- The Company must have a security system to protect users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can use the service safely.
- The Company must handle opinions or complaints raised by users related to service use if it recognizes them as legitimate.
Article 10 (Privacy Protection)
The Company complies with the provisions of relevant laws such as the Information and Communications Network Act and the Personal Information Protection Act to protect users' personal information, and separately establishes and announces a privacy policy.
Article 11 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is exempt from liability when services cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or suspension of services by telecommunications operators.
- The Company is not responsible for service use disruptions due to user's fault.
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of information provided by users and is not responsible for damages arising therefrom.
- If the user agrees to the reference nature of AI authentication results, the Company is not legally responsible for the accuracy of authentication results.
Article 12 (Dispute Resolution)
- The Company and users must make all necessary efforts to amicably resolve disputes arising in relation to the service.
- If the dispute is not resolved despite the efforts in paragraph 1, both parties may file a lawsuit with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
Supplementary Provisions
These terms and conditions take effect from October 20, 2025.
